First of all, I would like to say how happy it makes me feel when I call a company and they actually answer the phone. I feel appreciated. I feel like I get to talk to somebody. I like to talk to a human being so I give them a A+ for answering the phone and talking to me. I give them a A+ for on-time service the very next day they were out here. I had a skunk problem, the man who came out to my home his name was Randy Lyle LYELL he was very professional. He was fast. He did a very good job. I really thought he did a wonderful job and would like to give him an A+ all around an A+ for me my name is mickie skrobot I live in Belleville Michigan…oh and the price was spot on!!!!

Really good customer service - setup an appointment to have couch and loveseat cleaned - appointment process simple- got a call 2 days before confirming appointment - technician called to advise his ETA which he arrived on time and within the timeframe I was given when making the appointment - very polite - did a very thorough job and provided great customer service and represented DRC very professionally.

We were very happy with DRC carpet cleaning. Randy was our technician who performed the service. Efficient, friendly and the best part was, the carpet wasn’t soaked when he was done. We found our new carpet cleaning company!

They were able to schedule me within a day or two of when I called. They showed up promptly moved to the furniture around that needed to be moved. They got stains out of my carpet that I never thought would get out. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone. They do a great thorough job.

We put new supposedly pet proof carpet in 18 months ago, and had problems with just normal walking, let alone pet stains which would not come out since day one. We tried 2 other companies, one large well-known franchise and another local company, and the dirt and stains reappeared when the carpet dried. I called another cleaning/restoration company who quoted me an outrageous price for just my 11x15 living room and hallway. Frustrated, I called the flooring store, who recommended DRC, as they do thier showroom. Stacy was prompt, super nice and very professional. He explained the stain agents he'd apply, said he increased the PSI to maximum level and honestly, while not completely dry as of this writing, the carpet looks amazing! He even got out stains I'd hoped just to be less noticeable. I also had an 8x10 wool area rug and upholstered chair cleaned, which look like new now. The price was very reasonable and we're more than happy. DRC now has a customer for live...I enthusiastically recommended them for your cleaning needs.
